Test what is yours. Nothing else.

These terms cover the ddosphere.com website and the Ddosphere platform. Both are provided by Virgosol IT and Software Solutions A.Ş. ("Virgosol", "we").

By using the website or a Ddosphere account, you accept these terms. If your organization has signed an agreement or order with us, that agreement takes precedence wherever it differs from these terms.

Ddosphere is for testing the resilience of infrastructure that you own, or are authorized in writing to test. This is the condition everything else rests on.

• Our team registers each target to your organization only after its ownership and the written scope of testing are confirmed. You cannot add targets yourself.
• You confirm that every target you ask us to register is yours, or that you hold written permission from its owner covering the tests you plan to run.
• You are responsible for telling anyone else who needs to know before a test, such as your hosting, network, or protection provider, where their terms require it.
• You run tests only inside the scope and the windows agreed with us.

• Testing any system, network, or service that you do not own or are not authorized to test.
• Using Ddosphere to disrupt, degrade, or overload any third party.
• Trying to change, widen, or get around a target or scope that our team registered.
• Giving access to your account to anyone outside your organization, or reselling the service.
• Interfering with the platform's security, trying to reach other customers' data, or probing the platform itself without our written consent.
• Copying or reverse engineering the platform, except where the law expressly allows it.

Every run can be stopped at any time with the emergency stop, either as a whole or one step at a time. Within your organization, roles decide who can build and start tests and who can only watch.

To protect you, third parties, and the platform, we may refuse to register a target, stop a run in progress, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe these terms are being broken. Where we can, we tell you first.

• You are responsible for the users your organization invites and for the roles you give them.
• Keep sign-in details private, and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• Give us accurate details when you request a demo, register, or ask us to register a target.

What you can use, such as test levels, regions, test time, and the number of domains, depends on your package. Fees, billing, and term are set out in your order. Prices on the website are list prices and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

A test shows how your infrastructure behaved under the conditions of that run. Results also depend on your providers and on other factors outside our control. They are a measurement, not a guarantee that your defenses will hold in a real incident.

The website, the platform, and their content belong to Virgosol or its licensors. You may use them to evaluate and use Ddosphere. Reports generated for your organization are yours to use and share inside your organization and with your advisers.

The website is provided for information, as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is always free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Liability for the platform is governed by your organization's agreement with us.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects customers, we tell them before it applies.
